In 60 seconds
Created between 1796 and 1802 along the rocky Kamianka River ravine by Polish military engineer Ludwik Metzel, the National Dendrological Park Sofiyivka in Uman is one of Eastern Europe's finest English-style Romantic gardens. Granite boulders, subterranean water channels, classical pavilions and two thousand tree and shrub species frame a full-day walk between Kyiv and Odesa.
