Słowiński National Park & Łeba in 60 seconds

On a narrow coastal spit between the Baltic Sea and shallow coastal lakes Łebsko and Gardno lies one of Europe's most extraordinary natural phenomena: the shifting sand dunes of Słowiński National Park. Propelled by fierce Baltic winds, colossal mountains of fine sand like Wydma Łącka advance across the landscape up to ten metres a year, engulfing pine forests in their path. Based in the seaside harbour town of Łeba, visitors experience the 'Polish Sahara' alongside miles of pristine white beaches and indigenous Slovinzian heritage.
