Cape Greco
Sea cliffs and trails on the island's south-east tip
Take the headland paths in the cooler morning hours.

In 60 seconds
Ayia Napa's beaches and nightlife are well known, but Cape Greco gives the area its best reason to linger: limestone headlands, short trails and small swimming coves. Go early for a quieter walk above the sea, then choose a sheltered bay for the afternoon. The old monastery in the centre adds a compact cultural stop. In peak summer this is a busy resort area; outside July and August the coast is easier to enjoy at its own pace.
